&lt;p&gt;Thanks for letting me know about this. I do all my testing on an iPod touch and a fast Wi-Fi network, so that&#039;s probably why I haven&#039;t noticed it before.  I though that I&#039;d handled this case (document model changes behind scenes while document being edited), but it appears there are still bugs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m not sure if I&#039;ll  be able to solve this for the next release. But it&#039;s now on my list.&lt;/p&gt;
