I am in the process of finding out why there are now two copies of Helvetica Neue in both my /system/fonts folder and the deeply hidden one. One thing you might try with the /Library/Fonts folder is drag the  24 Ultra Light from the Finder onto FontBook. I&#039;ve noticed in 10.5 that messing with the /Library/Fonts folder can confuse FontBook . Manually dragging the font back can cure this problem. Hope it helps.&lt;/p&gt;
